Prices, Taxes, and Payment Methods

All software license prices are in US$ and exclude tax. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, and various other region-specific methods during the checkout process.

Tax Exemptions

Please provide your appropriate Company Tax ID during checkout in order to not be charged local taxes. Alternatively, you can obtain a Cleverbridge Document ID to claim your exemption.

Refunds

Please download and test our software prior to purchasing. We do offer refunds under various circumstances. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.

Credit Card Not Required for Trial

You do not need to supply your credit card details to trial our end user software products.

License Key Delivery

All license keys are delivered electronically via email once your purchase has been completed and payment is received. If you have lost your license key you can recover it.

Trial and Evaluation License

FireDaemon end user software products run in trial mode for 30-days. Once the trial period has elapsed, you will need to purchase a license. If you need more time to evaluate our end user software products or you wish to test our licensing, you can request an extension trial license. We also offer OEM evaluation licenses. Please contact us to request your evaluation license.

OEM Licensing

All OEM products are a functional superset of the end user equivalent. OEM products can be distributed royalty-free per the terms and conditions found in our EULA. Please download and try the end-user version first. If necessary, contact us to discuss your integration and deployment needs.

Software Assurance & Priority Technical Support Subscriptions

We offer upgrade and support subscriptions for all our software products. End user software products require subscriptions to be purchased separately. OEM software products include a 12-month subscription by default.
